The implementation of the KST4 investment involves many complex activities that require careful analysis and compliance with regulations. During yesterday’s meeting with representatives of residents, we discussed the procedures and stages of formalization of arrangements.

Participants: ZDMK, ZTP, MIR, councillors, representatives of SM Ugorek and the Private Partner undertook a dialogue in order to sort out topics concerning, m.in, the fire exit located in the area of blocks of flats at 4-6 Meissnera Street. The Kraków Municipal Road Authority, as the road administrator, undertook to issue an order for the change by the end of July, indicating the introduction of the expected, specific solutions, so that the designer could carry out all analyses by the end of August, and then include them in the design documentation and efficiently process them in accordance with the declarations of the Public Entity.

It was requested to liquidate the bus bay on Mogilska Street and leave the possibility of stopping the bus on the lane, as well as to narrow the lanes of Mogilska Street and Aleja Jana Pawła II within the intersection with the need to verify the width of the right-turn lane.

A postulate was made to change the lane into parking spaces on Meissnera Street on the section from Łąkowa Street to Ugorek Street, i.e. as it currently functions.

Thanks to the commitment of all parties, we jointly strive to improve the infrastructure of our city and create optimal solutions!
