On Thursday, May 23, the Construction Council took place with the participation of representatives of the Private Partner of Local Government entities and the social side. During the meeting, three key topics important for residents were discussed.
Parking restrictions on Janickiego Street
Since May 23, works related to the reconstruction of heating networks have been underway at Janickiego Street. Therefore, the possibility of parking along this street will be limited.
We ask residents to pay attention to the signs and fences that prevent parking.
The works will last for about two weeks.
Tram terminus Mistrzejowice
From June 24, the reconstruction of the Mistrzejowice tram terminus will begin, which involves its complete closure. The project involves changing the geometry of the loop.
The completion of the works is planned for the beginning of September.
Liquidation of bicycle paths
Currently, together with the Municipal Traffic Engineer, we are working on changing the layout of bicycle paths.
It is planned to transfer bicycle paths to roadways along the entire scope of the investment, where cyclists will move along with cars.

This is the tenth month of work on the construction of the tram line to Mistrzejowice. What is the progress so far and how will the next works be carried out? We tell the story.
On 11 and 25 April, a session of the Construction Council was held, attended by representatives of the Private Partner and Local Government Entities, including the Council of Districts III Prądnik Czerwony and XV Mistrzejowice, and interested residents.
Registration for the project “Professional City Life – Transport and Communication” has been launched, which allows participants to learn about the professions necessary to create large, urban projects. As a partner of the event, we have prepared workshops for the participants in our construction office at the Stanisława Bareja roundabout. More
At the beginning of April, works related to the construction of a new water supply network in the area of Krzesławicka Street began. More
In the middle of the month, the reconstruction of the heat pipeline along Meissnera Street began. In connection with the area of necessary works, we have provided temporary replacement car parks for residents of numbers 4 and 6, which are located at Pilotów Street. More
In addition, the first stage of sinking diaphragm walls in the area of the Młyńskie Roundabout has been completed, and the reconstruction of Sudole Dominikański has entered the final phase of implementation. The works related to the tunnel have crossed the critical point of the investment – the Gen. Iżycki flyover. This made it possible to start the sinking of diaphragm walls along Lublańska Street and to start reinforcement works for the “Polsadu Roundabout” station.
Along Dobrego Pasterza Street, archaeological works are being carried out, which are related to the unveiling of the remains of the former military barracks belonging to the former complex “Infanterie Barackenlager 100 p. p. – Barracks of the Grand Hetman of Lithuania Jan Karol Chodkiewicz”.
What in the near future?
Along Meissnera Street, on both sides, the reconstruction of the central heating network will be continued. In the area of the Polsadu roundabout, the works will concern the reinforcement of the floor slab, the W1 exit and the station body. The nearest works related to Sudoł Dominikański are focused on the northern and southern chambers and the construction of a sanitary sewer system along the stream. On Lublańska Street, work on diaphragm walls and preparations for reinforced concrete works will be continued. In the area of the “Mistrzejowice” tram terminus, the works will include sanitary and rainwater drainage, and along the entire construction site it will be a further reconstruction of the teletechnical and power networks.
In addition, we meet with participants of the project “Professional Life of the City – transport and communication”, who have the opportunity to take a closer look at our work.
